This compressor series is specially designed for the compression and treatment of dry gases. It ensures reliability and easy maintenance for efficient, continuous operation across a wide range of applications.

Key parameters:

Inlet pressure: up to 1000 mbar(g)

Operating pressure: up to 5.5 bar(g)

Free gas delivery: up to 193 Nm³/h

Absorbed power: up to 22 kW”

This series of compressors is specially designed for compression and treatment of dry gases. Their job is to ensure reliability and ease of maintenance for efficient and continuous operation in a variety of applications.

  1. Microturbines feeding
  2. Pre chamber feeding
  3. Boiler feeding
VGE series
  1. The compressor’s job is to increase pressure and improve gas quality, starting with an optimal flow for subsequent process steps.
  2. The dry gas is drawn in, filtered and sent to the rotors through control valves. Inside the rotary screw chamber performs the sealing and heat dissipation action.
  3. During the gas compression process, oil is injected into the pumping unit to perform three main functions: lubrication, sealing and heat absorption.
  4. A mechanical bypass valve recycles excess gas to modulate capacity down to 0%. When the system shuts down, the circuit depressurizes by granting gases into an expansion buffer or releasing it to the atmosphere.
  5. An advanced system automatically adjusts compressor pressure and speed according to biogas availability or demand. With proper operating conditions, maintenance intervals extend up to 8000 hours of operation.
