Start-up Commissioning
Our team of Field Service Engineers operates globally, ensuring fast and efficient support for our customers. With high technical expertise and extensive field experience, they can handle up to 5 plant startups per week, guaranteeing quality, reliability, and maximum efficiency.
Benefits for Our Commissioning Clients
We offer software modification services to optimize plant performance and ensure operational efficiency. Additionally, we provide remote monitoring of compressor performance, ensuring constant control, maximum reliability, and rapid interventions when needed.
Maintenance
Our Service Department is available for scheduled maintenance as outlined in the compressor’s technical manuals, as well as for extraordinary interventions in case of faults or malfunctions. We guarantee prompt and efficient support to ensure proper plant operation and minimize downtime.
Overhauling of the Compression Unit
At our Italian facility, we offer a comprehensive overhaul service for the screw unit to optimize compressor performance. During the process, all compression unit components are disassembled, cleaned, inspected for wear, and replaced if necessary, followed by reassembly, final testing, and efficiency checks.

Spare Parts

Remote Support
We offer a holiday hotline service to assist with problem resolution. This service includes phone support and remote access to the compressor’s PLC but does not cover urgent on-site interventions.

Adicomp believes in training and offers clients and service partners a comprehensive program combining theory and practice to provide the necessary tools for using compressors efficiently, safely, and practically.
AdiLink
AdiLink is the remote control system that allows real-time compressor monitoring from your PC. It integrates a GPS module and I/O ports within an industrial box to collect data and transmit it to a secure server. Benefits: independence, safety, cost reduction, and improved efficiency.
