Overview
Biomethane, produced through upgrading processes, is chemically comparable to natural gas, sharing its main physico-chemical characteristics. Thanks to this compatibility, it can be used in the same applications as fossil gas such as mobility, energy generation, and industrial uses while utilizing existing infrastructure for transport and distribution. This makes biomethane a particularly advantageous alternative both economically, due to lower required investments, and environmentally, by contributing to emission reductions and the valorization of organic waste.
Adicomp offers two product ranges for this purpose: screw and piston compressors capable of reaching pressures up to 100 bar(g), thus meeting the pressure requirements of regulations in various countries. At the core of the skid is a piston or screw compressor designed for continuous operation, equipped with multiple cylinders depending on the required performance.
