Overview
Microturbines, like larger turbines, can be powered by natural gas or gases derived from renewable sources such as biogas, syngas, or recovery process gases. This versatility allows their use in various applications for generating electricity, heat, or in high-efficiency cogeneration systems. Thanks to their compactness, reliability, and low environmental impact, microturbines represent an advanced technological solution to reduce emissions and improve energy self-sufficiency, aligning with the latest ecological transition and energy sustainability policies.
Adicomp packages supply compressed, treated gas at optimal temperature to microturbines, ensuring maximum performance. The gas can be further purified to remove contaminants such as hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and siloxanes, which, if unfiltered, may damage the combustion chamber. With dedicated filters and specific accessories, Adicomp effectively addresses this issue. Additionally, the compressors enable heat recovery and offer high reliability and easy maintenance.
