HVG Series
and applications
This compressor series is specifically designed for hydrogen and syngas applications. Their role is to increase the inlet gas pressure while ensuring efficiency, safety, and adaptability for a reliable and customized process.

HOW IT WORKS
1
The gas is drawn through a filter that removes particles and oil vapors, then passes through a suction valve. Components in contact with the gas are made of stainless steel and protected against aggressive contaminants.
2
During compression, oil is injected into the compression chamber to perform three main functions: lubrication, sealing, and heat absorption.
3
The oil circulates in a closed loop with a reservoir tank, is pressurized to pass through a radiator, then filtered and sent back to the compression chamber to ensure optimal performance.
4
The gas, separated from the oil via a cartridge and passing through a minimum pressure/non-return valve, goes through a heat exchanger and can undergo further treatment before leaving the system, according to customer requirements.
5
An advanced system automatically manages compressor pressure and speed based on availability or demand, optimizing unit operation.
