and applications
This compressor series has been specifically designed for feeding biogas upgrading systems. Their role is to increase the inlet gas pressure while simultaneously improving gas quality, ensuring a more efficient and reliable process.

HOW IT WORKS
1
Wet gas is drawn through a water separator filter with automatic condensate drainage, then passes through a suction valve for further treatment.
2
Due to the presence of H2S, CO2, or other aggressive contaminants in the gas, all components in contact with it are made of stainless steel or suitably protected.
3
During the gas compression process, oil is injected into the pumping unit to perform three main functions: lubrication, sealing and heat absorption.
4
Operating in a closed circuit with a gas/oil reservoir, the oil is pressurized to flow through an oil cooler, then filtered before being re-injected into the screw compression chamber.
5
The gas flows through a minimum pressure/non-return valve, then towards a cooler where impurities are removed, before being sent out and leaving the package in optimal conditions.
