For Sustainable Development
Sustainability is in our DNA. Not only because we create products that contribute to the circular economy, but also because we build them with real attention to the environment, considering the well-being of our collaborators and social sustainability as key elements of our success.
We exclusively use renewable energy, self-produced thanks to photovoltaic systems installed at our facilities. We generate more energy than we consume, feeding the surplus into the grid to contribute to the national demand.
In our new buildings, completed in 2022, we installed electric heating and cooling systems to minimize gas use, leveraging self-produced energy. Additionally, the compressed air generated during compressor testing is supplied to nearby companies, reducing electricity consumption.
All production waste is carefully sorted and entrusted to companies specialized in recycling or responsible disposal. This process reduces environmental impact and supports a more sustainable and efficient circular economy model.

Our collaborators are the key to success. We offer a peaceful and meritocratic environment, encouraging professional growth through training and welfare initiatives.
We provide flexible working hours, support for parenthood, and training courses, ensuring a balance between work and personal life, as well as an inclusive and motivating environment.
Sustainability also means supporting the community. We participate in social and cultural activities, create jobs, and make our production increasingly green.
