The personal data indicated on this page are processed by Adicomp Srl to manage the commercial relationship and supply the service offered.
DATA TYPES PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
Navigation data
During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures behind website acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
That information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but could, by its very nature, enable user identification through processing and association with data held by third parties.
This data category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time the request is made, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the server response status (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
Such data, needed to use web services, are also processed to:
- obtain statistics on use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per time bracket or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
- extract anonymous statistical information on how the website is used and to check that it is operating correctly; they are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain liability if any hypothetical offences should damage the website.
Data communicated by the user
The optional, explicit, voluntary sending of personal data to access certain services (user registration to access reserved areas) or to ask for information from addresses indicated on the website means that the personal data entered in the sender’s requests are then acquired as they are needed to answer the requests.
This data category includes the data subject’s personal data, the technical and personal data of the company the data subject belongs to.
These data are used for the following purposes:

SCOPE OF DISCLOSURE AND DISSEMINATION
Navigation data and the data supplied voluntarily by the user will not be disclosed and disseminated without specific consent, except in cases foreseen by the law and EU regulations in force.
