Serie VG

Estas estaciones de compresión y tratamiento, específicas para gases secos, están diseñadas en un soporte de fácil traslado, compuesto por un bloque de compresión del gas rotativo, basado en la tecnología del tornillo con inyección de aceite, acoplado directamente a un motor eléctrico mediante un acoplamiento flexible o magnético, controlado por inversor.

FUNCIONAMIENTO

La función del compresor de alimentación de gas es elevar la presión del gas entrante, así como mejorar la calidad del gas. Según el proceso común de Adicomp, el gas seco es aspirado por un filtro de entrada y luego pasa a través de una válvula de control de succión. Durante el proceso de compresión, el aceite se inyecta dentro de la cámara de tornillo rotativo para cumplir tres funciones principales: lubricación, sellado y absorción de calor. El gas pasa a través de la válvula de presión mínima/antirretorno hacia un enfriador de aire o de agua. Una válvula de by-pass mecánica se utiliza para recircular el gas excedente hacia la succión y reducir la capacidad desde el valor alcanzado a la velocidad mínima del motor eléctrico, hasta llegar a 0%. En algunos casos, es necesario instalar una válvula de by-pass controlada neumática o eléctricamente para un control más preciso. Cuando el sistema se detiene, el gas se despresuriza al conducirlo hacia un amortiguador de expansión específico o purgándolo hacia la atmósfera. Un sistema de control sofisticado en la serie Adicomp gestiona la presión de operación aguas arriba o aguas abajo de la unidad y ajusta automáticamente la velocidad del compresor para modular la salida de acuerdo con la disponibilidad o la demanda de biogás. Con condiciones adecuadas, los intervalos de mantenimiento se extienden a 8000 horas de funcionamiento.
