Serie HVG

Estas estaciones de compresión y tratamiento, específicas para gases húmedos están diseñadas en un soporte de fácil traslado, compuesto por un bloque de compresión del gas rotativo, basado en la tecnología del tornillo con inyección de aceite, acoplado directamente a un motor eléctrico mediante un acoplamiento flexible o magnético, controlado mediante inversor.
Se diseñan utilizando materiales y tecnologías adecuados para comprimir este tipo concreto de gas.
• HVG: rango de presiones de funcionamiento, desde 3.0 bar(g) a 25.0 bar(g).

FUNCIONAMIENTO

El gas es aspirado a través de un filtro de succión que elimina partículas y también actúa como separador de agua (si es necesario), luego el gas pasa a través de una válvula de succión. Todos los componentes en contacto con el gas están fabricados en acero inoxidable o debidamente protegidos, debido a la posible presencia de contaminantes agresivos en el gas. Durante el proceso de compresión del gas, se inyecta aceite dentro de la cámara de tornillo rotativo para cumplir tres funciones principales: lubricación, sellado y absorción de calor. Trabajando en un circuito cerrado con un depósito de gas/aceite, el aceite es presurizado para fluir a través de un enfriador de aceite, luego se filtra antes de ser inyectado nuevamente en la cámara de compresión de tornillo. El gas, separado del aceite mediante un cartucho, fluye a través de la válvula de presión mínima/antirretorno hacia un enfriador y puede ser tratado antes de salir del paquete de acuerdo con los requisitos del cliente. Un sistema de control sofisticado en la serie Adicomp gestiona la presión de operación aguas arriba o aguas abajo de la unidad y ajusta automáticamente la velocidad del compresor para modular la salida de acuerdo con la disponibilidad o la demanda de biogás.
