Serie CVG

Adicomp ofrece un paquete completo ‘plug & play’ que comprime y suministra dióxido de carbono con características y calidades que cumplen con los requisitos de diversas aplicaciones. Las estaciones de compresión y tratamiento de CO₂ están diseñadas para ser Plug & Play, con el fin de maximizar y facilitar la instalación en el sitio del cliente. El núcleo de la máquina consiste en un bloque de tornillo con inyección de aceite, acoplado directamente a un motor eléctrico mediante un acoplamiento flexible o magnético y controlado por un inversor desde el panel HMI.
• CVG: presiones de operación disponibles de 4.0 bar(g) a 25.0 bar(g).

FUNCIONAMIENTO

Las estaciones de compresión y tratamiento de CO₂ están diseñadas en un skid o cabina fácil de manejar. Pueden ser compresores de tornillo rotativo con inyección de aceite o bombas reciprocantes multietapa, acopladas directamente o accionadas por correa mediante un motor eléctrico controlado por inversor. Todos los componentes en contacto con el gas están fabricados en acero inoxidable o debidamente protegidos, debido a la presencia de CO₂ y a posibles contaminantes agresivos en el gas. En la atmósfera terrestre, el dióxido de carbono se encuentra en una concentración promedio de 413 ppm/m³. Debido al creciente consumo de combustibles fósiles en los últimos dos siglos, esta concentración ha aumentado constantemente, agravando el efecto invernadero.
¿Puede integrarse el CO₂ en una economía circular? Hasta la fecha, existen numerosas aplicaciones del CO₂: se puede almacenar y/o reutilizar en aplicaciones como la agricultura, la industria alimentaria, las industrias químicas, los materiales y el corte por láser, la combustión y el hielo seco. Adicomp suministra compresores de alta tecnología para la recirculación de gas en procesos de mejoramiento, metanización, licuefacción o aplicaciones alimentarias que requieren el uso de aceite de calidad alimentaria. Adicomp ofrece un paquete completo ‘plug & play’ que comprime y entrega dióxido de carbono con características y cualidades que cumplen con los requisitos de diversas aplicaciones.
