Estas estaciones de compresi贸n y tratamiento, espec铆ficas para gases h煤medos est谩n dise帽adas en un soporte de f谩cil traslado, compuesto por un bloque de compresi贸n del gas rotativo, basado en la tecnolog铆a del tornillo con inyecci贸n de aceite, acoplado directamente a un motor el茅ctrico mediante un acoplamiento flexible o magn茅tico, controlado mediante inversor.
En funci贸n de la aplicaci贸n y de la presi贸n de funcionamiento requerida, nuestros compresores pueden clasificarse en:
鈥 BVG: rango de presiones de funcionamiento, desde 6.0 bar(g) a 10.0 bar(g).
鈥 UVG: rango de presiones de funcionamiento, desde 10.5 bar(g) a 25.0 bar(g).

FUNCIONAMIENTO

Esta serie de compresores de biog谩s ha sido dise帽ada principalmente para alimentar sistemas de mejora de biog谩s. La funci贸n del compresor de alimentaci贸n de biog谩s es elevar la presi贸n del biog谩s entrante y mejorar su calidad. De acuerdo con el proceso com煤n de Adicomp, el gas h煤medo es aspirado a trav茅s de un filtro de succi贸n*, que tambi茅n act煤a como separador de agua con drenaje autom谩tico de condensado; luego, el gas pasa a trav茅s de una v谩lvula de control de succi贸n antes de entrar en el bloque de tornillo rotativo. Durante el proceso de compresi贸n, el aceite circula en un circuito cerrado y se inyecta en el bloque de tornillo para cumplir tres funciones principales: lubricaci贸n, sellado y absorci贸n de calor.
Inmediatamente despu茅s de la compresi贸n, el exceso de aceite se elimina mediante un separador de gas/aceite; una vez separados, tanto el aceite como el gas se enfr铆an en el enfriador principal del compresor. Si se requiere, el gas puede ser enfriado y filtrado a煤n m谩s, reduciendo el punto de roc铆o hasta 5掳C/41掳F, con un contenido de aceite de 0,01 mg/m鲁. Al final del proceso, el gas comprimido puede tambi茅n ser recalentado, saliendo del skid a una temperatura controlada espec铆fica para alcanzar los m谩s altos est谩ndares de calidad de gas requeridos por el cliente. Un sistema de control sofisticado en la serie Adicomp gestiona la presi贸n de operaci贸n aguas arriba o aguas abajo de la unidad y ajusta autom谩ticamente la velocidad del compresor para modular la salida de acuerdo con la disponibilidad o la demanda de biog谩s. Todos los componentes en contacto con el gas est谩n fabricados en acero inoxidable o debidamente protegidos, debido a la presencia de H鈧係, CO鈧 y/u otros contaminantes agresivos. Con condiciones adecuadas, los intervalos de mantenimiento se extienden a 8000 horas de funcionamiento.
